The data controller is EDEN — Efficient Distribution in Equity Networks, a Norwegian nonprofit association registered under organisation number 826 507 012, which operates The Hub Alliance.

What we collect

When you book a call, the scheduling provider collects the name, email address and any details you choose to enter, and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting. We use that information to prepare for and follow up on the conversation.

Scheduling provider

Bookings are handled through Calendly, embedded on the Book a Call page. Calendly processes your booking details as part of providing that service and applies its own privacy terms to the data it collects.

Your rights

Under Norwegian and EEA data protection law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Requests can be made through the contact page.

Retention

We keep booking and correspondence data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as we are required to keep it.

This page describes the initiative's data practices in plain language. Where this text differs from the organisation's formal privacy statement, the formal statement applies.
