Our aim is not simply to create another online community. We are building and testing the network, methodology and shared infrastructure through which useful knowledge and trusted relationships can create wider opportunity.

Real-world experience, recognised knowledge or a strong professional track record.
Existing reach
An audience, active community or trusted professional network.
You don't need millions of followers. But you should already have people who know, trust and pay attention to your expertise.
The network provides the relationships. The infrastructure helps activate them.
The Hub Alliance is developing shared digital infrastructure designed to support the practical application of the Knowledge Prosperity Framework.
The aim is to help expertise, trusted relationships, professional communities and relevant opportunities connect more effectively across participating networks.
As more qualified experts and communities participate, the number and diversity of potential connections across the network can increase.
This can create access to relationships and opportunities beyond the boundaries of any individual expert's existing ecosystem.
A model designed to be tested, not merely believed.
The first pilots exist to test whether stronger connections between knowledge, trusted networks and shared infrastructure can create opportunities that persist beyond a single intervention.
We are evaluating whether participants:
- create useful relationships across networks
- extend the reach of expertise
- develop sustainable opportunities
- create relevant collaborations
- continue learning and building capacity
- remain active after initial support decreases
Where the model works, we want to understand why. Where it does not, we adapt it.

The Hub Alliance is a nonprofit initiative operated by EDEN — Efficient Distribution in Equity Networks, a Norwegian nonprofit association.
Our purpose is to develop and test the conditions, network and infrastructure through which knowledge, trusted relationships and professional communities can contribute to wider social and economic opportunity.
During the pilot phase:
- Participation is free.
- The Hub Alliance takes no commission from participant earnings.
- No participation fee or revenue share is taken from what participants earn.
- Income generated by participants through their own activities belongs to them.
- Any surplus held by the nonprofit organisation is used exclusively to advance its nonprofit mission.
