Why this matters
The world has more information than ever before. But information alone does not create prosperity.
The Internet, AI and online education have radically expanded access to knowledge. Yet millions still struggle to convert it into stable income — because learning, networking and business support are usually delivered as separate, disconnected programmes that end when funding does.

How it works
Learn · Earn · Prosper — and the mechanism this pilot tests.
Prosperity isn't created by education alone. Members build capacity, turn expertise into income across seven pathways — courses, communities, memberships, podcasts, consulting, events, merchandise — and reinvest into the Hub. Unlike linear programmes that end when funding does, this cycle repeats — that's the actual difference.
Co-selling
An automated agreement: a creator's product is matched to a member's network, removing the cost and effort of finding clients. The connector earns a share whenever someone actually buys — not for merely introducing them.
The pilot tests one hypothesis: that co-selling can accelerate income and reach beyond what participants achieve alone. Early testimonials already point this way.
The future will be built by experts who choose to contribute together.

Technology is not the mission. It makes the mission executable.
The Framework is independent of any software provider. Its current reference implementation, Growhubs, already supports all seven pathways plus co-selling in production.
Transparency: Growhubs is privately owned by members of the Alliance's founding team and made available to the Alliance and pilot participants without licensing cost or profit to its owners. No pilot or grant funding is used to purchase or license it. The Alliance's methodology, governance and evidence remain independent of any commercial technology provider.
Building the first regenerative knowledge economy Founding Phase
The pilot has two objectives: training experts on the methodology — building courses, communities, memberships and other income streams, on whichever infrastructure is available — and measuring whether co-selling removes the cost and effort of finding clients. Potential contexts include Somali, Palestinian and Albanian networks — directions, not finalized commitments.
Many experts don't yet know this kind of income is possible. Showing them comes first — before any measurement can happen.
We do not define people or societies by hardship. We work in environments where access to opportunity may be constrained, but where human knowledge, ambition and potential remain extraordinary.
We will measure transformation, not participation alone.
Two things matter most: finding experts who haven't yet turned their knowledge into income — and proving that income becomes durable because it's built on this methodology, not a single lucky sale.

Early formation stage. Before accepting significant grant or donor funding, the Alliance intends to establish an independent steering structure and formal conflict-of-interest processes — described as planned, not yet established.
